2004 – TeleRep Call Center Receives National Certification
TeleRep, a mid-sized call center, received certification from The
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

received certification from The Women's Business Enterprise National
Council (WBENC). WBENC provides access to a national standard of
certification and information on certified women's businesses to
purchasing managers and is the leading advocate for women-owned
businesses as suppliers to over 700 national corporations.
"Certification by WBENC is a strong step forward in our efforts to
reach corporate America and expand our company's visibility among
decision makers in corporate supplier diversity and procurement,"

Maryland since 2000, our certification gives us a national presence

Mrs. Olson started her business in 1976 working from her home using
an old switchboard like the one used by Lily Tomlin's "Ernestine",
but TeleRep now employs state-of-the-art call center technologies.
