How long has TeleRep been in Business?

ATS Call Centers, Inc. , TeleRep's parent company, was established in 1976. Our Call Center Division was formed in 1995 under the name TeleRep.

What geographic areas do you service?

Many of our clients are based in the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia region. Due to the nature of modern telecommunications we are also able to successfully serve companies all across the United States.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Do you have experience in my organization's industry?

There's a good chance we have experience in your particular industry.  With a track record over 30 years, we have been able to provide services for financial, retail, internet, manufacturing and many other vertical markets.
